In this group setting you will be guided through a conscious connected breathwork session including: technique introduction intention setting grounding meditation followed by the actual breath(work) a guided relaxation and closing..

Our classes and workshops are priced on a sliding scale. We have done this with intention to create an opportunity for access. Please choose a pricing option with integrity. If you would like to read more about our sliding scale please visit the pricing page of our website.

Please note: We recommend not eating at least 1.5 hours before the workshop as breath work is most effective on an empty stomach. Please bring a water bottle and a notebook. The yoga studio provides mats blankets and eye masks. Snacks and fruit are available afterwards.

Meet Niels van der Valk...

Niels is a Dutch native who has made Basel his home for over seven years along with his wife and daughter. A deep personal awakening transformed his path and led to the creation of Breath Inspiration. Today he is deeply dedicated to sharing the power of breathwork particularly Conscious Connected Breathing with both individuals and groups. His mission is to guide more people on their unique journeys through breath.
