- Improv exercises, theatre games, and role plays
- The fundamentals of the Alexander Technique, a proven method to develop in-the-moment body awareness - includes both verbal and light touch
- Embodied Seeing Exercises - a strategy for staying fully present when engaging with people and other stimuli.

Lindsay Newitter is a certified Alexander Technique teacher who specializes in helping people communicate authentically, manage stress, and avoid pain and strain in daily life. She has been teaching the technique for 19 years, first in New York City and now in Montréal, where she has lived since 2021. Additionally she has taught workshops, courses, and retreats in Europe, Asia, and South America and her tips have been featured on Good Morning America, CBS Radio, and in The New York Times, and Vogue. Lindsay’s approach is enriched by her skills as a theatre and visual artist. Lindsay earned her BFA in drama from New York University in 2001 and her Alexander Technique certification in 2007 aftercompleting 1,600 hours of training. She works with individuals, groups, and companies.
