Conscious Ceramics offers a profound experience, fostering a more mindful approach to working with clay, helping you know yourself better in the process.

Reflexive exercises, mindful awareness, meditation, and self-exploration through working with clay open the door to self-discovery, inspiration, and growth.

Beyond learning basic pottery hand building techniques, you'll engage in guided reflections, meditations, and a cacao ceremony, all aimed at self-discovery.
