Learn life changing Breathwork with Susie Smith of Intuitive Breathwork with this all-new Trauma Informed Breathwork event for ALL LEVELS. This is an Introduction to Conscious Breathwork and is a Beginners workshop
Susie will take you through the neuroscience behind WHY we need to be more aware of our breath and how our emotional history is a catalyst for unhealthy habits, breathing patterns and coping mechanisms. They are all connected. Experiencing first-hand the power of this breathwork with a full 50-minute-deep dive, fully facilitated and fully guided Conscious Connected Breathwork session.
In this unique 2 hour workshop Susie will be teaching you how the breath, body and the nervous system are all connected and together they hold on to and trap our past emotional data. Repressed memories and emotional trauma keep us in old habit loops which no matter how much you try and talk yourself into changing, you just can’t seem to make stick.
This workshop will teach you how our issues are stored in the body and NOT the mind (who knew?) and unless we learn to access the body at a deep level nothing will change - and breathwork is the key to getting you there.
You will be able to understand how to release and process the old emotional data keeping you in old patterns or habits through Trauma Informed Breathwork. Learn how you can clear out your old emotional baggage, a vital skill in improving our overall health and wellbeing.
