Introducing an ENCORE ROUND of the exciting NEW Taliah Intensive: Conquering IMPROV Drum Solos!Join Taliah on Friday October 1st from 6:30pm-9:30pm for 3 hours of a complete intensive workshop focusing on Drum Solo Improvisation (NOT choreography!). You will learn common drum solo rhythms, methods on how to quickly translate what you are hearing into matching movement and accents that wow your audience, how to incorporate dynamic drum solo technique that is not redundant, and so much MORE!!!
Requirements:
Recommended for Next-Level and Advanced Level Students. Please be open to receiving constructive feedback in class and come prepared to participate.
For this choreography you will need to arrive in practice wear AND also bring a professional costume or costume pieces to change into for the second half of the workshop. Notes will be provided, please bring a notebook and pen for additional note taking… And don’t forget your water and a light (non-messy) snack!
Because this is a convention style 3-hour format for advanced and next-level students, Pricing will be as follows:
$60 for members
$85 for non-members
$30 auditing price for returning students from 9/5/21 workshop
In-Studio attendance is preferred. Live-streaming is available.
