Registration for the event opens on ????? 5, 2024. It will close on ????? 17, 2024.
The preliminary round of the competition will be held online on ????? ??, ????.
The final round will be a 24 hrs event starting from ????? ??, ???? ?? ?? ?????, ????.
The final round will be promptly followed by the final offline presentation on the same day.

The guidelines that govern the OpenAPI event are as followed:
Registration fee for the on-site contest: 1200 TK; no fees required for the preliminary stage.
Teams must have a unique name to distinguish themselves.
Team members can be from different universities.

Participation is open to any undergraduate university student.
From the preliminary round, 10 teams will be selected for the final on-site round.

Each team must consist of a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 participants.

On-site round: Participants may need to bring laptop accessories such as a mouse, keyboard, etc.

Uphold the principles of integrity and professionalism throughout the event:
Participants are expected to demonstrate respect for others and their ideas. Plagiarism and cheating will not be tolerated.
Harassment, discrimination, or any offensive behavior will lead to immediate disqualification.
Foster a competitive yet friendly atmosphere conducive to innovation and collaboration.

Stay informed about the enforcement of rules:
Organizers and appointed judges have the final authority on all matters related to rules and fairness.
Violations will result in penalties or disqualification, depending on their severity.
Participants are encouraged to promptly report any rule violations to the organizers or judges.
