NAMI Connection (General) is a weekly support group provided at no cost and available for adults over 18 years old facing challenges with their mental health journey.
Led by trained peer facilitators in recovery, offering guidance using a structured model to ensure everyone has the opportunity to be heard, supported, and encouraged without judgement.
