Parents of children who have been treated at Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago are invited to join us join us for Connections Pediatric Cancer Caregiver Support. This in person event will be held at Maggiano's Schaumburg, IL.
September Topic: Holding Healthy Boundaries
The busyness of life, the expectations of family and friends, and a child’s cancer diagnosis can leave us feeling overwhelmed, isolated, and alone. When we crave connection and support, we may compromise the quality of our relationships or be fearful of setting healthy boundaries. In this month’s session, we’ll explore the topic of finding community and making connections that are truly supportive and valuable during our challenging seasons.
