About this Event
Quantum Healing Arts brings a restorative movement on a Saturday morning!
We have a fun, energizing flow planned for Saturday morning’s class. We’ll practice Virabhadrasana I (Warrior I) and might even fly an airplane ✈️?! There will be options so you can make this practice your own. Come be a warrior on the mat so that you can take that energy with you off of the mat. We’re looking forward to practicing with you!
