Using embodiment practices, looking at who is doing and who is receiving.

How to make the offer or request and have it affirmed.

All in safe practice space for learning. Then take it home and practice!

Anyone is welcomed to attend! You do not need to be partnered and this applies to any kind of relationship: romantic, sexual, familial, friends. The more clear we become in our agreements, the safer our world.
