Two ways to join our October Connection Collective Book Club!
About this Event

Option 1 – Connection Collective @ Flying Books at Neverland

An intimate, guided book club night with Maggie in the heart of Toronto

Come join me for our monthly Connection Collective book club meetup at Flying Books at Neverland.

  • Date: Monday, November 10th (Evening).
  • Ticket: $50 (includes $20 drink voucher + $20 book voucher).
  • Capacity: Limited to 12 sign-ups.
  • Host: This event will be led by me in person

Our signature book club meetup at the coziest cafe and curated wine shop in the city. Reflect on our book of the month while enjoying your choice of handcrafted beverage or glass of wine at Flying Books at Neverland. This cafe/wine bar/book store is located on Queen St W and will be hosting Connection Collective monthly for our signature book club. There will only be 12-spots available on a first-come first-reserved basis.

Included in the signature book club ticket:

  • An evening with 12 other members of Connection Collective discussing the monthly read at Flying Books at Neverland. November 10th at 6:30PM.
  • A $20 credit for a book purchase at Flying Books at Neverland to be used the night of the meetup.
  • A $20 voucher to be used for your choice of beverage the night of the meetup.

Please note:

This ticket does not include the October book of the month The Bewitching. Both $20 vouchers are available for use the night of the meetup at Flying Books at Neverland.

Together, we’ll dive into The Bewitching by Silvia Moreno-Garcia, share conversation over drinks, and enjoy a cozy night surrounded by books. You’ll leave with new friends and fresh perspectives.

📅 Only 12 spots available

Option 2 – Community Chapters

Book club circles hosted across the city

Can’t make it downtown? Join one of our Connection Collective Community Chapters instead.

Here’s how it works:

  • Ticket: $10
  • Capacity: Small groups of women, sorted by location.
  • Format: Each group will have a Chapter Lead (from within the group) who organizes a local meetup. Location dependant on group.
  • Perk: Voucher for a discount on book at Flying Books (optional purchase, no obligation)
  • Connection: You’ll be placed in a group chat with your Chapter to connect before and after the meetup.

📅 Limited spots in each chapter.

This option gives you the chance to connect with women closer to home, while still being part of the city-wide reading experience.

The Book

📖 We’ll all be reading The Bewitching by Silvia Moreno-Garcia. Whether you join the hosted gathering or a Community Chapter, we’ll be sharing one collective conversation across Toronto.

Who It’s For

Women in Toronto (and surrounding areas) in their mid 20's to mid 30's looking for meaningful conversation, new friends, and a shared love of books.

Community Guidelines

Connection Collective events are designed to be safe, welcoming, and inclusive. Please show up with openness, kindness, and curiosity.

Choose the option that works best for you! An intimate guided night downtown, or a Community Chapter close to home.
