This workshop highlights three areas in relationship couples can utilize to improve connection, especially during seasons of busyness and/or high stress. This seminar will equip you with real tools based on research from the Gottman Institute and includes three breakout sessions that allow the couples to work on techniques in real time. Whether you’re in a stressful season or preparing your marriage for the future, Miriam Bott, M.A., LPC of Real Wellness Christian Counseling will give you helpful and practical advice for keeping your marriage healthy and strong through the rough waters of life. $50/couple.
