About this Event
This workshop offers a gentle pause, a chance to reconnect with yourself, and to learn how to stay emotionally steady in stressful moments.
Set within the Through My Eyes gallery, this workshop invites participants to explore their own emotional landscape through guided reflection and interaction with the artwork. The focus is on noticing what you feel, understanding emotional signals, and learning how to stay present with them.
The workshop also introduces the concept of emotional regulation in a clear and practical way, helping you understand how emotions work and how to support yourself when emotions feel overwhelming. Through interactive activities, guided reflection, and active listening, participants can practice being with their emotions in a safe and supportive group setting.

About the speaker
Changling Tu
Changling Tu is a licensed clinical psychologist in Taiwan with extensive experience working with adolescents, adults, individuals, couples, and families. She provides counseling in both English and Mandarin, and is especially experienced in supporting clients navigating cross-cultural relationships, life transitions, and emotional challenges. Changling has received specialized training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples and families since 2009, as well as EMDR for trauma and adjustment-related concerns.
With an experiential and emotionally attuned approach, Changling helps clients understand emotional patterns, strengthen relationships, and process difficult experiences in a safe and supportive way. Her clinical work integrates trauma-informed and emotion-focused therapy, allowing clients to reconnect with their emotions, improve relational security, and move toward greater emotional clarity and resilience.
