Connecting With the Sacred Body: Seeing Beyond Appearance

In this 1hr workshop, we will explore a new way of relating to the body. One that moves beyond appearance and into appreciation for the role our body plays in literally carrying us through this life.

This session will include a personal story about my journey from feeling pressure to look a certain way to receiving serious health diagnosis that changed how I saw my body forever. After surviving that experience, I began to understand my body not as something to judge, but as the vessel that carried me through some of the most difficult moments of my life.

Together we will reflect on what it means to view the body as something sacred that allows us to experience joy, connection, and the fullness of life.

This workshop is beginner-friendly and open to people from all spiritual backgrounds. The ideas shared are meant to complement, not replace, your existing spiritual or religious practices.

Each participant will receive a workbook with guided reflections and prompts designed to help you continue exploring your relationship with your body in the weeks following.

This session also sets the foundation for the next workshop in this series on May 3rd (posted in Eventbrite), where we will explore telekinesis and the energetic field that extends beyond the body. Once we begin to appreciate and reconnect with ourselves, we can start practicing skills that explore who we really are.
