Happy Equinox! As we tilt into Autumn I’m offering another 'Connecting With Nature’ session in my local park, with a focus on Autumnal energy. This enjoyable and engaging facilitated session draws upon ecopsychology and forest bathing. It will help boost your well-being, tune into your senses, and give you a new awareness of nature - and yourself.
