Connecting with Collections: Whose Stories are the Most Important to Tell?
About this Event
We’ll use the current exhibitions to stimulate new thinking for an informal but in-depth conversation, exploring the question: how do we decide whose stories are the most important to tell?
As part of a group, you’ll explore Sheffield Museum’s collections and consider how they resonate today. This is philosophical enquiry – collaborative thinking, talking and listening to build our understanding. Enjoy exploring ideas with others in a setting steeped in history.
All are welcome, no experience necessary.
"Really interesting to share thoughts and ideas with others like this. The facilitator also did a really good job of running the group and ensuring that everyone got their say. I really had no idea what to expect – but would very happily come to another of these." - previous attendee
