This special event is a collaboration between Florida Organic Growers and Valencia College – Walt Disney World Center for Culinary Arts & Hospitality, in connection with the USDA-funded Florida Local Food Project. It offers an excellent opportunity to network, learn from experts, and foster meaningful connections with others passionate about local food.

The event is intended for "local food actors" and is limited to 100 attendees. It includes high-value components that would typically incur participation fees; however, this event is FREE, making it an exceptional opportunity made possible through our collaborative efforts.

A "local food actor" is a participant in the action of producing, promoting, providing, and/or selling local foods in their communities.
