The Danbury Music Centre is pleases to present a concert by Connecticut Brass!
Connecticut Brass is a unique and exciting 12 piece brass ensemble formed in 2024 by members of the former Danbury Brass Band. Our goal is to entertain and educate the public by providing free concerts at various venues in the greater Danbury, CT area. Connecticut Brass performs original compositions and arrangements written by our own members. Connecticut Brass repertoire spans from Renaissance to Contemporary and includes Jazz and Popular arrangements.
Our concert on September 6th, 2 pm at the Danbury Music Centre will include arrangements of music by Holst, Faure, Rodrigo and Vaughan Williams as well as arrangements of popular tunes and marches. In addition, two original compositions for brass written by our own Ernie Adams and Joe Stamboni will be premiered!
We hope to see you on September 6th for an enjoyable afternoon of brass music!
Please use the back entrance of the building.
Parking is available on Main Street or in the Bardo Garage directly behind the DMC on Library Place.
Accessible parking spaces are adjacent to the elevators in the parking garage. There is a ramp and elevator at the back entrance of the building.
