Connected Conversations at Full Moon Blends: An Evening to Exhale

Take a pause in the middle of the week to slow down, breathe, and reconnect — with yourself and with others.

Connected Conversations is a small, guided gathering designed to create space for meaningful dialogue and nervous system regulation. Together, we’ll move through a gentle structure that invites reflection, listening, and authentic sharing in a relaxed and supportive environment.

For this special in-person edition at Full Moon Blends, we’ll also explore a short sensory experience with seasonal aromatherapy. The shop’s owner, certified aromatherapist Michelle O'Brien, will introduce a few spring scents designed to support relaxation and grounding, adding another layer of sensory presence to the evening.

No experience is needed — just curiosity and a willingness to arrive as you are.
