Take the chance to dive deep into your relationships! We'll meet on Zoom on three occasions to give you insight into your attachment patterns and guidance on how to break those patterns to create new behaviors—behaviors that lead to deeper, more nurturing relationships.
You are also supported in exploring the power of vulnerability and honesty, so that you dare to be completely authentic when we meet for real.
The Zoom meetings are not mandatory, but are a great opportunity to meet the other participants in advance, build security in the group and get to know yourself on a deeper level. Don't miss the chance to lay the foundation for stronger and more meaningful relationships!
