Connect through Cacao - A day with Cacao

Join us for an extended workshop to explore and journey with Cacao. We will learn about this incredible superfood as well as connect to her sprit as a medicine for the heart. A relaxed and playful day to learn about Cacao from seed to cup, a little about her-story, geography, what makes ceremonial cacao different as well as time to truly experience her in an intentional ceremony. We will play with movement and breath, sit in circle and share with one another and also lay down and be bathed in sound. We will provide healthy snacks, potent , ethically sourced Cacao from Maya Sacred Gifts and a light vegan dinner to close.

Mats and blankets provided but do bring anything else to make yourself more comfortable.

Bring with you a special cup for cacao, dress for ceremony and movement, notebook to record any reflections, water bottle and your own bowl and cutlery - we follow earth care principles and aim to produce no waste.

There are a few free parking spaces outside the studio on a first come, first served basis. Otherwise there is on street parking close by, with pay by phone.

James Kinghorn

A space holder and facilitator at heart, James is deeply connected to Mother Nature and guided by a reverence for the wisdom found in the natural world.

With a gentle and grounded presence, he creates safe, nurturing environments where others can slow down, reconnect, and open to their own inner guidance. Passionate about sharing beautiful gifts from mother nature, he weaves intention, authenticity and care into every experience.

Having worked with cacao for several years James has a wealth of experience and knowledge. He's also lived in Spanish speaking countries for over 12 years, speaks Spanish, walked through Honduras, Guatemala, Beliza, Mexico, Ecuador and Peru.

His triplast year saw him spending 6 weeks on Cacao farms and walking solo across the Andes in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, Peru.

Tabather who runs Soulomorfi is the eternal student. A mother to an 8 year old wildling boy, Kundalini Yoga and Meditation guide, Gongstress, Shiatsu Therapist (fwSS) & Cacao lover. She regularly offers classes, workshops, gong baths, ceremonies and retreats with a passion for Earth connection and working regeneratively. Her intention is to build community, whilst caring for the more than human world, sharing an embodied practice with a healthy dose of functional philosophy.
