Join creative learning company Mortal Fools for a half-day practical training session to learn the techniques to confidently hold and structure intentional productive spaces and the tools to manage challenging interactions with individuals and in group situations.Guided by experienced facilitators, we’ll share strategies that will build confidence and adaptability when navigating tricky dynamics or approaching difficult professional conversations.
Participants will also explore techniques to establish trust, manage emotions and fear and ways of communicating with clarity and empathy and will leave the session with actionable insights and practical approaches to try in your workplace.
