Connect + Create Summer Edition

Connect with women in a unique experience and summer activity within an empowering and supportive community.

There will be opening introductions, intentions and settling in. Ground into your body with a short visualization and embodiment exercise.

Then begin to fill your canvas with the visions and vibes you want for the weeks and months ahead.

You can color, paint, collage, journal, make a summer wish list, etc. Anything you want, need or feel called towards. Supplies are provided for event but feel free to bring anything you wish to use!

There will be lemonade, macaroons, and watermelon available to snack on throughout the event.
