​In this session, Maggie will share her 10-year journey as an entrepreneur in the marketing industry, highlighting key lessons, challenges, and insights from building her own projects and working in the field.

​She will also give practical and reflective workshop designed to help you identify your top 3 core values - the principles that truly drive your decisions and life directions. You will align your personal values with your professional purpose, so you can make more intentional career and business choices.

​Owning Your Imprint by Leigh Mitchell, Leadership Brand Strategist & Founder of Women in Biz Network

​To truly shine in business, you have to be willing to be seen. But how do you advocate for yourself without feeling like you're just bragging? In this hands-on session, you will:

​​About our guest speakers:

​​​Maggie Rojano - Entrepreneur & TEDx Speaker

​​Maggie was born and raised in Spain and has lived in the UK, the Netherlands, and since 2023, she has been going back and forth between Spain and Canada.
In 2016, she left her job at a marketing agency in Barcelona to start her own business: a strategic marketing and advertising agency focused on helping brands and projects grow with clarity and purpose. She has created and led workshops, events, and mentoring programs, and regularly participates in marketing events and business schools as a guest speaker and trainer.
Today, she combines marketing with designing and hosting mentoring and adventure experiences for small groups. She is currently creating an experience that experience that merges learning, friendship, and adventure in Spain.

​Leigh Mitchell

​Leigh Mitchell is a leadership brand strategist and founder of Women in Biz Network for ChangeMaker Leaders. Based in Toronto, she helps purpose-driven entrepreneurs align their brand, business growth, and well-being with meaningful change.

​Leigh has guided thousands of professional women and collaborated with brands including Microsoft Canada, TELUS, and TD Canada Trust. Her expertise has been featured in CBC, The Globe and Mail, and The Wall Street Journal.

​She holds an executive certificate in Marketing Leadership and teaches at York University, YEDI, and the University of Guelph-Humber. A vocal advocate for mental health and collaborative leadership, Leigh champions mentorship as a pathway to resilience and positive change.
