I believe there is 1 major essential for self practice in dance to help growth; It takes Awareness of what your Executing relative to what you Know in the dance. If you cant see or feel what is occurring in your dance, relative to what you have been told to do, you cannot grow. Come Spend 3 hours working with me and a group in learning to be aware of where your connection should be created from, How your body should be moving correctly to facilitate your dance.
This time will try to include personal feedback on connection with me, and working in partnerships (not just lead follow), to take that calibration with you.
From calibrating your connection we will then focus on sequence of movement to make the connection make sense. From there you will feel and see how these two principles together will allow you to grow your dance efficiently.
Workshop will be in Studio 2 of Good vibes, so it will be a small class size compared to the larger studio.
