Connect and Ground: Movement and Sound Journey

This unique experience will start with a guided somatic movement practice, Fluentbody, led by Claire Halter of Just Feel with Love, and will be followed by a reiki infused crystal bowl sound bath led by Kelsey LaPointe of Soul Flow Wellness. Together, the modalities will support participants in connecting with and grounding themselves in their bodies, exploring their inner worlds with compassion, and experiencing release and relaxation.

Fluentbody is a practice that combines somatic therapy, imagery-inspired movement, and breath work. As facilitator, Claire leads a Fluentbody journey that encourages participants to move intuitively, let go of judgment, and feel and release emotions being stored in their bodies. There is no experience required, and all movements can be modified.

Kelsey will guide you through a journey of sound vibrations infused with Reiki that will help you let go of tension and find inner calm. Sound healing is a powerful modality that uses vibration and frequency to promote healing and balance. It can help to release tension and stress, promote deep relaxation, and enhance overall well-being. When we immerse ourselves in a sound bath, our energy naturally matches the frequency of the bowls, restoring the natural rhythms of our body and bringing us back to a harmonious state.
