Connect 60+ is an evidence-based seven-week healthy ageing program for those who want to keep involved, maintain or increase quality of life, and live independently for longer in the communities we love.
Based on International Council on Active Ageing's 7 Dimensions of Wellness – physical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, social, environmental and vocational, we explore elements of wellness that enhances your wellbeing now and in the future. Each session is designed to be practical, interactive and engaging.

Thanks to a $20,000 CommBank Staff Foundation Community Grant, Connect 60+ will be fully funded for the entire year. This funding will allow us to offer the workshops at no cost to participants.
