The New Castle Community Partnership and the New Castle Jaycees welcome you all back to the the Summer Concert Series again in Battery Park. The best place to listen to music and enjoy views of the Delaware River. The opening band will be Conley and Watson, which is always a treat! Bring your chair and your dancing feet.
