Conjugate Tactical: PRACTICAL TRAINING WORKSHOP

Conjugate Tactical, the official extension of Westside Barbell into the military and first respnder space, will be at 12 Stones CrossFit on Saturday November 22nd to delvier our PRACTICAL APPLICATION WORKSHOP..

What exactly is the practical application workshop?

This is our approach to training our atheltes- ranging from general fitness to the US military, recreational atheltes to CrossFit Games ® competitors- most recently Tudor Magda (10th place / msot improved 2025.)

Atendees needn't be military or first responders to learn and train, as general strength and conditioning benefits all.

This one day hands-on workshop will cover the high points of using the Conjugate System, both as coaches as well as athletes, for training in and out of sport, and at all levels.

The day will feature practical instruction covering kettlebell, barbell, accessory, and conditoning work supported by lecture and guided instruction from your instructors Zach Filer, Jason "Gus" Gusic, and Tudor Magda- and will conclude with a Q&A session lasting as long as needed.
