Matzah, Vegetables with Dip, Grape Juice, Seder Plate, and Flower Arrangement
Refreshments:
Coffee, Tea, Ice Water, Soft Drinks, Wine
First Course Menu — Adults, Teens, Children:
Matzah Ball Chicken Soup with Scallion and Carrot (Vegetable Broth for Vegetarians)
Garden Salad with Honey and Herb Vinaigrette with Gefilte Fish
Main Course — Adults and Teens:
Chicken Option 1: Breast of Chicken Stuffed with Roasted Zucchini and Caramelized Onion, Breaded with Matzo Meal and Topped with Demi-Glace Sauce. Served with Roasted Baby and Sweet Potatoes and Grilled Vegetables.
Chicken Option 2: Chicken Fingers Served with Sweet and Sour Sauce, Roasted Baby and Sweet Potatoes, and Grilled Vegetables.
Vegetarian Option: Grilled and Breaded Portobello Mushroom served with a Vegetarian Demi-Glace Sauce. Served with Roasted Baby and Sweet Potatoes and Grilled Vegetables.
Main Course — Children:
Chicken Option: Chicken Fingers and Fries Served with Sweet and Sour Sauce and Ketchup.
Vegetarian Option: Grilled and Breaded Portobello Mushroom served with a Vegetarian Demi-Glace Sauce. Served with Roasted Baby and Sweet Potatoes and Grilled Vegetables.
