Part III – Informal Mediation and Conflict Transformation
- When informal mediation is appropriate in organizations

Trainers
Cătălina Duțu – Executive MBA, Business Strategist & Trainer
Cătălina has over 10 years of experience supporting entrepreneurs, directors, and managers in achieving their business goals through consultancy and soft skills training programs.
She is the founder of Eagle Consult & Services and the certified partner for Romania of Strategy in Action – UK, an innovative digital program designed to help companies develop and implement effective strategies.
Cătălina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from ASE Bucharest (2002) and an Executive MBA from Cotrugli Business School, Belgrade (2020).
Since 2018, she has been a certified trainer and for over a year has collaborated with Filip Ristovski to create workshops on Communication and Public Speaking.
Filip Ristovski – PhD in Performing Arts, Actor & Acting Professor
Filip is an accomplished actor, theater director, and educator, with extensive experience in theater, dance, and musical productions. He studied acting at the National University of Theatre and Cinematography “I. L. Caragiale” in Bucharest, where he also earned his Ph.D. in Theater and Performing Arts, and holds a Master’s degree in Singing from the National University of Music in Bucharest.
Since 2011, he has taught Acting and Stage Movement at the National University of Music in Bucharest. His professional experience includes over 40 productions and collaborations with prestigious theaters such as Odeon Theatre, Metropolis Theatre, “L. S. Bulandra” Theatre, “Ion Dacian” National Theater of Operetta and Musical, and the National Theatre in Bitola, Macedonia. He is currently an actor at Nottara Theater and also brings experience from film and television.
