The Manaslu Circuit Trek features everything you'd want from a classic trek in Nepal: Epic scenery, intimate encounters with local people and their ancient culture & a 5160m Himalayan pass crossing.
The Manaslu Circuit Trek remains remote and off-the-beaten-path compared to the better-known teahouse treks in Nepal. The trek takes you around Manaslu, the world's eighth-highest mountain at 8,163 meters.
This Trek is for real adventure seekers. This trekking takes you to the western central part of Nepal. The Trek is crafted in such a way that it offers you diverse characters of the region. Away from the mechanical world, you will enjoy the true wilderness while walking through the secluded alpine woods when the towering mountain peaks are looking at you.
You will not only have a view of Mt. Manaslu, 8156 m – but also you will be welcomed by other peaks in the region such as Nagdi Chuli and Himal Chuli.
It is far less crowded than its more well-known peers Everest Base Camp and Annapurna Circuit. The word is getting out about Manaslu, but there are still about 10 times fewer trekkers on the Manaslu Trail
The trek is wild and remote, yet there are teahouses for a good night's sleep every day, so trekkers don’t need to bring tents and food, making it more accessible and affordable than similar treks.
The scenery provides all Nepal has to offer: you'll trek from the subtropical jungle at lower elevations, through the Himalayan foothills to the high, cold & challenging crossing of the Larkya La above 5,160 meters.

Manaslu Trek is one of the toughest hikes in Nepal with its off-the-beaten-path and poor access. Its trails are rugged and extend miles which add further pressure on the trekkers. Trekkers really have to go through a lot of hardship. Beginner trekkers have to come physically prepared.
If you want to successfully trek & complete Manaslu Circuit Trek, you have to overcome a few challenges. You should not have any medical conditions related to the lungs, heart, or blood.
PLEASE answer HONESTLY the following questions with "YES" or "NO".
1. Have you ever climbed a mountain above 3,000m with a 5-kg load without bad experience with AMS?
2. Have you done any trekking and hiking with an elevation gain of at least 400m within the last 6 months?
3. Have you hiked (> 4 hours) at least 3 times these last 6 months?
4. Are you able to climb up a 40-story building 2-3 times in one go?
5. Are you able to carry a 5-kg load & trek for 6-8 hours a day for 14 days?
6. Are you able to endure trekking at temperatures between 4-15 degree celsius?
7. Are you able to tolerate basic sleeping conditions & toilet facilities?
8. Are you willing to go through training for this high-altitude trek?
