A session designed for parent and child to work together to build confidence and self protection practical skills for life, beginning in public play spaces such as parks, groups and school.

Workshop 1 (31 Aug) will focused on parents and children doing the moves together.
Workshop 2 (7 Sep) will allow the opportunity to advance the children at doing the role plays with each other or with an older trained child (age 6) who will be acting as the "perpetrator". This gives you the opportunity to add gentle pressure to move the training forward if your child is ready for this or you want to see where they are at with what they can handle. Workshop 2 will also be suitable if you cannot make Workshop 1 as you will still be able to role play with your child.
