For young people, phones ringing, customers asking questions, and not knowing what to say or what to do can be really daunting. As a result, they'll often shut down, avoid or react - not because they want to, but because they don't know how to do things differently.
This training will give young staff (approx 16 - 30) simple tools, scripts and strategies to handle these moments with less stress and more confidence.
Here’s what participants will learn:
✅How to feel more confident talking to people (in person and also on the phone).
✅How to respond professionally even when they don’t know the answer.
✅How to ask for help or guidance without worrying they'll look stupid.
✅How to start building initiative and step up in small, practical ways.

Here's what participants will get:
Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
A workbook and a pen. (BYO notebook if preferred.)
A safe space to learn and grow without any judgy lecturing.
