Confidence Lab for High School Girls

This 6-week girls’ empowerment group is designed for high school students seeking to build lasting confidence, strengthen resilience, and navigate complex social dynamics. Grounded in evidence-based practices—including CBT, ACT, and SEL frameworks—sessions foster self-awareness, emotional regulation, assertiveness, and resistance to peer pressure. Through structured activities, guided reflection, and interactive discussions, participants develop tools to manage negative self-talk, set healthy boundaries, and face rejection with courage. Each week supports personal growth while promoting a safe, supportive space for connection. The program aims to reduce social anxiety and increase self-efficacy, preparing girls to lead with authenticity and inner strength.
