Saturday, October 5th from 5pm - 7pm, I’ll be kicking off the warm-up for a ConfiDANCE class at the beautiful @studio11sacramento ! We’ll start off with some fun Zumba Twerk routines and then learn a Heels Dance routine. The heels are optional! Dress comfortably! Bring knee pads, just in case! I’ll be adding in some of your favorite tik tok dances and then of course it’s going to get a little sophistiratchet! Your body will move, you will have fun, and before you know it, you’ll be reaching your step goal for the day! The class is 21 and over.
@amy_marie_la and I wanted to create an inclusive environment for all genders to feel confident and dance! After all, we’ve been told our whole lives that we didn’t have the “right body type” to dance. For the heels portion, we’re going to bring something for every level. The advanced move and notifications so you can truly feel and look your best self at what your body is capable to do.
