Conexion: 2025 Culmination Ceremony

Please join us in celebrating the culmination of Conexión’s Early Career and Mid-Career Mentoring & Leadership Programs.

This ceremony marks the achievements of our mentees and honors the mentors and partnering companies who have guided and supported their journeys.

We are privileged to welcome , 2013 Presidential Inaugural Poet, and the first Latinx and immigrant to serve in that role, who will deliver a keynote address and a reading of his acclaimed poem “One Today.”

Together, we will reflect on the accomplishments of this year’s cohorts, recognize the power of mentorship, and reaffirm our shared commitment to advancing Latino leadership.
