We discuss the differences between buying a condo vs freehold, how they differ and considerations for each.Join us as we discuss the differences between condominiums & freehold properties. We will be discussing ownership, management, who owns each portion and what financial differences you should consider. In addition, we will discuss common mistakes and how to avoid them.
This free event will be comprised of short presentations by Ayn MacDonald (Solid Rock Realty - Real Estate Broker) and Rebecca Nickerson (The Mortgage Advisors - Mortgage Agent).
