Join Stefan's conditioning training in preparation for the summer professional tennis circuit. This conditioning training will be Wednesdays at 9am at Canova park and other select times throughout the week that will be communicated to Iron DPC members through our private telegram chat (link sent in member newsletter).
The training is complimentary for members. You will go at your own pace of course. The daily program will be in the chat so if you arrive late or are remote you can follow along. The program described in the chat will be bare minimum. As part of my training whatever it is I always invent new things and push myself harder so attending in person for these events will be more dynamic.
