Get ready to sweat and have fun with our in-person conditioning session held right out on the green. Whether you're a beginner or a pro, this is a chill way to boost your fitness while enjoying the fresh air and good vibes. Bring your water, your energy, and get ready to push yourself in a supportive, friendly environment. Don't miss out on this awesome chance to get moving and meet some new faces!
Warm up: Show 500m run route, dynamic and static stretches to warm up lower body and get the body primed for some intensity.
Main Workout: AMRAP. Fitness focused, heavy on the running to challenge the fitness!
Section A: 20 Minutes time cap
500m Run (As a group)
1 Minute Max Air squats
500m Run (As a group)
1 Minute Reverse lunges
500m Run (As a group)
Forearm plank (1 minute)
500m Run (As a group)
1 Minute mountain climbers
Then recycle and go back to the top again.
Break for 2-3 minutes
Section B: 20 Minute time cap
1 Minute max Burpee down ups
500m Run as a group1
Minute Press ups
500m Run as a group1
Minute Squat jumps
500m Run as a group
1 Minute (two reverse lunges into one squat)
Back to burpee down ups and repeat
Break for 2-3 mins
Finisher.
