We’re teaming up with PureGym Leeds City Centre North once again – this time bringing you Circuits, as part of our Conditioning Club - a high-energy group workout designed to get your heart rate up and your endorphins flowing.

This isn’t just about the workout (though it will get you sweating). It’s about doing something good for your body and your social life. At The After Work Club, we’re all about making it easier to meet new people – especially if you’re new to the city, looking to network, or just looking to expand your circle with people who are into the same things.

💪 A full-body circuit session – high-intensity intervals across a mix of stations, led by PureGym’s expert coaches
🔥 A fast-paced, energising workout – work at your own pace, suitable for all levels
