Take part in a fun workout. Classes based off of students in attendance. Calisthenics, tumbling, wrestling, and more included.About this Event
Every Tuesday, we have a conditioning class similar to a WWE Tryout. We also change it up at times depending on who's in class and what you want to try. We typically have open ring after. Come with questions as well as water, towel and extra shirt if you sweat a lot, and a good attitude :-)
