Concrete Solutions 2022 8th International Conference on Concrete Technology

Concrete Solutions 2022 is the 8th in a series of International Conferences on the theme of concrete repair, concrete technology, durability and performance of structures. It embraces a wide range of related topics including admixtures, coatings, composites and fibres as well as more conventional repair methods, including patch repair, electrochemical repair, and structural strengthening. The Proceedings will be published on MATEC Web of Conferences - an open access publishing system that gives authors maximum exposure as papers can be downloaded anywhere in the world for free. Papers are peer reviewed and will be uploaded to a number of major databases including Clarivate(R) Web of Science. The event is being co-organised with the University of Leeds and is supported by The Institute of Concrete Technology and the Concrete Society. It is also co-sponsored by ACI and RILEM.

The Hilton Hotel will operate the event taking full regard of COVID safety.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

Attendees should be 18 or over. Children, spouses etc are welcome to the opening reception and conference dinner, subject to registering their details with the organisers and payment for the dinner.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

The Hilton Leeds City Hotel is centrally located in Leeds, near the Station - it is accessible by car and is a short walk from the Station. City Taxis, Buses and Uber operate in Leeds.

What's the refund policy?

Payment in full is required BEFORE the event. Refund Policy - 28 days before the event, full refund, less 200 GBP, if you  have a paper being published. Within 28 days of conference - no refund.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

We prefer individuals to register directly but understand that sometimes incidents occur and a colleague may wish to attend in place of the registered individual. This can usually be accomodated.
