Mile of Music Presents: Concerts in the Courtyard is back for its sixth season this summer after a two-year hiatus! The 11-week series is brought to you by Mile of Music Presents, with support from Hilton Appleton Hotel Paper Valley. ABOUT TAE & THE NEIGHBORLY: Tae & The Neighborly, a Wisconsin-based Soul-pop R&B group, found themselves playing music together in a very unconventional way. They were all neighbors, each one living alone on one floor of a five-story flat. Cake baking is a shared passion of the five-member group, but in the sugar shortages early in the 2020 pandemic, they found themselves so continually knocking on each other's doors asking for a single cup of sugar that a group decision was made to all move in together and share cake-baking resources.
ABOUT NATHAN GRAHAM: Nathan Graham is a singer-songwriter from Chicago. Born and raised in the city, Graham grew up going to blues shows, rock shows, and everything in between. Influences from across the spectrum started piling up early. From listening to Allman Brothers, Ben Harper, and Stevie Ray Vaughan, to his parents’ musical favorites like the Gap Band and Bruce Springsteen, Nathan’s extensive musical vocabulary at a young age made him eager to give it a try himself.

Concerts in the Courtyard, a FREE mid-week summer concert series, returns to the Hilton Appleton Paper Valley Hotel! Featuring artists from past Mile of Music Fests, sprinkled in with acts you may not know, but you should! Each Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. running June 22-August 31.
The music is FREE for all-ages at the Hilton Appleton Paper Valley Hotel (333 W. College Avenue) in Downtown Appleton and offers an early-evening music choice for Music-Makers, downtown workers and other local music fans.
The Courtyard opens for seating at 5:00, with music beginning at 5:30 p.m. and ending at 7:30 p.m.
When possible, in the event of inclement weather, the music will move inside the hotel.
