🎸 Featuring Ramblin Suns
Headlining the evening is Ramblin Suns, a newer Nashville band fronted by singer-songwriter and Air Force Veteran John Eason.
Blending Country, Southern rock, and Americana, Ramblin Suns brings together the grit and storytelling of classic country with the energy of a modern Nashville live band.
For John, music has always been more than entertainment. A Louisiana native and former Air Force servicemember, he has built his career around honest songwriting and stories drawn from real life. His music has been described as everything from country and outlaw country to Southern rock—though, as John puts it, he simply calls it real.
John is also a longtime advocate for Veterans and PTSD awareness and has been deeply involved with the Songs For Heroes mission from its earliest days. His work as a singer-songwriter has included hundreds of live performances across the country, and his original music has found its way onto playlists alongside prominent independent country artists.
Ramblin Suns is a newer chapter in that musical journey—and this is a chance to experience the band as they continue making their mark on the Nashville music scene.
🎤 Audra McLaughlin
Joining us is Audra McLaughlin, the powerhouse Country Soul-Americana singer-songwriter who captured national attention as a finalist on Season 6 of NBC's The Voice.
Audra famously received a four-chair turn during her blind audition before joining Team Blake Shelton and advancing to the finals. Since her time on The Voice, she has made Nashville home and continued building a career as a touring artist and songwriter.
Known for her powerful, raspy vocals and soulful delivery, Audra blends country, rock, blues, and soul into a sound that is unmistakably her own. Her live performances have taken her to festivals, charitable events, NFL games, and venues throughout the country.
Audra is also no stranger to giving back. Her career has included performances supporting charitable organizations and events honoring Veterans, making her a particularly meaningful addition to this fundraiser.
🎶 Megan Barker
Also taking the stage is Nashville singer-songwriter Megan Barker, an accomplished country artist whose musical roots run deep.
Megan was practically raised in the world of country music and by age 16, she was already performing professionally on the Las Vegas Strip.
After returning to Nashville, Megan released her Leather Souls EP and went on to perform at venues including the Bluebird Cafe, as well as internationally. She has appeared at Tin Pan South and the Key West Songwriters Festival, and in 2026 is continuing to build momentum as direct support on Doug Stone's Farewell Tour.
Megan is equally passionate about songwriting and the Nashville creative community. She founded Jammin in Jammies, a Nashville writers' night that has featured both established hitmakers and emerging artists, and her own music videos have received exposure on CMT.
