Adrian West and Amy Obenski are putting on a fun event at the Art House Gallery in Berkeley on the afternoon of Sunday Dec 4th. It’ll be a potluck and concert featuring the Adrian West Trio and Amy Obenski’s ensemble including Nick Brentley. There's time for both socializing and enjoying live music. Please bring some food or drink to share. We'll put out a big pot of chili (with veggie option) and corn bread and we'll provide plates, bowls, utensils, napkins. No hard alcohol please.The schedule is below. You and your friends and family are invited Please save the date and join us!

Adrian West Trio is an Oakland-based acoustic rock ensemble. A fun mix of originals, covers and instrumentals spanning acoustic rock, jazz & classical styles. Vocal harmonies, acoustic guitar, electric violin, upright bass, percussion & live looping. Ever the realist, Adrian takes a peculiar delight in setting serious topics to joyful music. With Amy Obenski on harmonies & percussion and Greg Dunn on upright bass.

Amy Obenski plays lyrically driven, luscious folk-soul originals. Behind her gripping vocals and thought provoking lyrics, you’ll notice influences from Motown and jazz with glimpses of 1960s folk-rock greats such as Carole King or Joni Mitchell. Her biggest breakthrough so far was when her song, Carousel, was featured on the hit TV show, Grey's Anatomy.
