Celebrate the vinyl record release of Mahmoud Chouki’s highly anticipated album Caravan—From Marrakech to New Orleans with a live performance featuring a full band of surprise guests in NOMA’s Lapis Center for the Arts.
Featured musicians include Jamison Ross, Dr. Michael White, Detroit Brooks Sr., Jason Marsalis, Ricardo Pascal, Simon Mouchabeck, Martin Masakowski, and more!
Following the concert, Chouki will host a record signing in the Coleman Courtyard.
Doors open at 6 pm. The concert starts at 7 pm and record signing begins at 8:30 pm.
Café NOMA will be open with a happy hour menu for food service until 6:30 pm. Beverages will be available throughout the evening with seasonal drink specials.
