About this Event
Join us for an exhilirating concert of virtuosic international marimba sensation Elman Mecid. At only 25 years of age, Elman has won numerous competitions, perfomred with leading orchestras and is based in Hamburg. In this programme he will showcase the soul and versatility of this little-known instrument with music from Bach to Xenakis to Piazzolla.
He will be joined for the second half of the programme by the mlti-talented violinist Ben Adler, with whom they will perform Histoire du Tango by Astor Piazzolla.
A very speical debut for a rising star - not to be missed.
