Concert 3 - Blue and Black

For our final Concert of 2026, we are exploring the complex sounds which inspire true, and at times, surprising harmony. Performing Frank Tichel's Blue Shades, a major symphonic work from the Concert Band repertoire - the piece features a prominent clarinet solo reminiscent of Benny Goodman, "wailing" brass, and interplays various musical "shades" from bright and clean, to dark and dirty.
CCCB will be joined by special guests the Senior Wind Ensemble from the Central Coast Conservatorium of Music and some local musicians for this exploration.
Tickets only $20 and are available to purchase now, and will also be available at the door on the day.
