Upcoming free class!We will be learning about conception, childbirth and many other good things!
So if you're in the childbearing years or if you have a daughter that is thinking about conceiving, this class is for you.
They'll be a lot of other health tidbits throughout the class, not only geared for women wanting to have babies, but for all women.
Or if you have struggled with conception and want to have a baby and it hasn't happened for you yet, I have some great ideas that could help you to conceive.
Additionally,
We'll also be talking about cholesterol and how it is needed in the body. And what it means when it is high.
We will also be talking about sleep and what you can do to help get better sleep and why it's not a good idea to take melatonin.
